With more than 3,500 houses built and 5,000 sold in 2005, MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT is the second-largest builder of private houses nationwide.
But this didn't come about by chance - we always start out by building an excellent relationship with our customers, who are our best ambassadors. What's more, some previous customers come back and ask us to build a new home for them... or for their children!
MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT has almost 200 sales agencies and sales offices spread across France, doubtless several in your own region.
By coming to meet us, you'll be able to see for yourself the way we welcome you and listen to what you want, and the skill of our teams.
If you visit our show homes or building sites in progress, you can see the quality of our construction and will note the way we stand by our name and by our houses.
Our Sales Advisor is the first person you'll have contact with: their competence, their “availability”, and their friendliness will be everything you expect.
Attentive to all your questions, they will enable you to make an informed choice, guiding and advising you, and being at your entire disposal through all the steps in your becoming a home-owner.
Responsible for your project, they'll stay with you from the initial contact to the moment the keys are handed over, making them your favoured intermediary.
Right from the start of your project...
After an initial meeting to discuss your project, the sales advisor will use a model from the regional catalogue as a starting-point to turn your needs, ideas, and requests into a pre-project, either hand-drawn by us or drawn on a computer - from now on, this is the embryo of your future home!
It will be altered or enlarged as you wish, so as to be costed as accurately as possible.
The computer-designed pre-project will also make it possible to visualize the house on its plot, to look all round it and to try out changes to the colour of the rendering, the tiles, etc.
Then your plans will be drawn up by the Design Office, run by our own staff architects.
Ever since 1919, we've been good at developing our expertise by adapting new technologies to traditional construction. We use STAR software for our CAD.
As from early 2007, these plans are sent to you in the first instance by e-mail so you can validate them, and then you'll receive paper copies for your signed consent.
Our profession: builder of traditional houses!
Our workshops cover 30,000 m² and employ more than 100 craftsmen to manufacture, prepare and ship one part of our production.
You can visit them, along with our listed museum retracing the whole history of Maisons France Confort.
Our Clerks of Works are there to co-ordinate the tradesmen on your site and keep track over the progress of the works, the quality, and the security and safety of goods and personnel.
